I’ve been away because a very good friend of ours passed away.  Danny Jones, 60, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away Monday July 7th at his home in New Albany. The funeral was yesterday, Saturday July 12th in New Albany.  He was buried in Crawford County, IN at Union Chapel Cemetery.

My husband officiated, but he wasn’t only a pastor, he was also his best friend.  They have been friends and co-workers for many years now and Danny will be missed a great deal by our entire family.  My father and Danny have actually known each other for nearly forty years and he is also very sad about Danny’s passing.
