Well, it appears that, thankfully, the woman who was arrested for leaving her child in her car (with the doors locked, alarm set, and she was never very far away or out of sight of the car) is not being charged.  It’s a shame that it even came to her being arrested.  The police woman, from what I’ve read, wouldn’t even listen to her, and even acknowledged the fact that the woman wasn’t very far or out of sight of the car.

What’s worse….the police are claiming they did nothing wrong and they feel the prosecutors office is wrong in dropping charges.
